Surfside
Beach of Horry County, South Carolina is a small incorporated beach
town located the Atlantic Ocean approximately 5 miles south of
Myrtle Beach. Known for being a family beach, Surfside Beach runs
the length of 2 miles for walking, running, shelling, biking, and
fishing.
Located in
Myrtle Beach Resort Infoin Building B, this is one of Myrtle Beach's most beautiful
luxury oceanfront complexes featuring two (2) bedrooms, two (2)
baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, wet bar, large balcony and
ocean view! Both of our condos are located on the second (2nd)
floor. It's
not a
problem to walk up the stairs when the elevators are busy.
Located just south of the airport. Surfside allows easy access to
all the attractions, but less traffic. For the enjoyment of all of
our guest, both condos are "Non Smoking".
It all
started in 2000, when our daughter Heather presented us with
the most wonderful gift. She was expecting twin boys (buoys).
We all love the beach and knew that they would too. The
September
before they were born in April, we bought
Twin Buoys (B219).
We all made our first visit together when the boys Jordan
and Parker were six weeks old. As they grew we decided
that we had outgrown one condo and wanted to expand. So, we
bought another condo across the hall
Beach Buoys (B216).

Monthly & weekly rates available November - March
.A maximum of
four (4) adults, or a family of six (6) per unit is allowed and is
strictly enforced by Myrtle Beach Resorts. A reservation fee of one
half the quoted rate is required to reserve the unit. The
reservation fee will be returned (minus $25.00 processing fee) if
the reservation is canceled six (6) weeks in advance in writing. A
deposit of $75.00 is required with the balance of the quoted rate
four (4) weeks before your arrival date. The deposit will be
returned (except in case of an eviction for violation of any of the
following rules, no part will be returned) within two (2) weeks
after the keys have been returned and the unit has been inspected
and approved by the lessor or his cleaning personnel. There will be
a $5.00 charge for a second
pass.
